KLTHUB is a digital testing and assessment management platform. It supports student testing, institute workflows, independent requests, and related payment/record operations.

3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for account credentials and account activity.
• Access rights are role-based (student, institute, coordinator, admin).
• Approval may be required before account activation depending on system settings.

4. Test Rules

• Users must follow on-screen test instructions and timing controls.
• Misuse, manipulation, or cheating attempts are prohibited.
• Submitted responses and generated results are treated as final system records.

5. Fees & Payments

• Applicable test/request fees are shown within the platform before submission.
• Payment records and statuses are maintained in system dashboards and receipts.
• Refund policy, if any, is governed by your institute/admin policy and communicated separately.

6. Data & Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using KLTHUB, you consent to processing of account, testing, and operational data needed to run the system.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content, design, software logic, and materials are protected. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KLTHUB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
